Our VIP Hospitality Marquee offers complete hospitality with the best seats in the house and right in the heart of all the action at the 2024 Melbourne International 3 Day Event. If you’re a horse enthusiast, corporate host or just keen to experience the event in true style this year, make sure you purchase a VIP ticket for any or all three days of the event.
Saturday 7 June 2025 – Dressage Day
Main Arena VIP Marquee, from 10:00am to 4:00pm
The VIP marquee is adjacent to the Martin Collins Main Arena. From this prime position you can view the CCI4* riders performing their dressage tests. The VIP Marquee is fully catered with morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea. Wine, beer & soft drinks included.
Sunday 8 June 2025 – Cross Country Day
Main Arena VIP Marquee & Peppermint Grove Water VIP Marquee
from 9:00am to 4:00pm
Cross Country Day – A spectator’s favourite; witness the fast and exciting action of the cross-country phase of the competition. VIP catering on Cross Country Day is located in two positions – The VIP at the Martin Collins Main Arena offers a main, hearty winter menu throughout the day. You can watch live streaming from around the course on the television, and see the horses and riders negotiate the cross-country fences on the arena. The VIP at the exciting Peppermint Grove water complex offers light grazing and is a great spot to visit as your walk the course. Make sure you visit both locations. This is Olympic sport up close and personal with front row seats. Wine, beer & soft drinks included at both locations.
Monday 9 June 2025 – Show jumping Day
Main Arena VIP Marquee, from 8:30am to 4:00pm
The competition winds up in a nail-biting finale where a fence knocked down or a single second on the clock can make the difference between winning or losing the oldest established 3-day event in the Southern Hemisphere. Watch the show jumping action unfold from the comfort of the VIP lounge whilst enjoying morning tea, a spit roast lunch and afternoon tea. Wine, beer & soft drinks included.

EVENT CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: Equestrian Victoria or the Organising Committee may cancel the event due to catastrophic conditions, disease or force majeure, or for any other reason at its absolute discretion. If the Event is cancelled prior to commencement, including as a result of COVID-19 requirements or restrictions you will be able to obtain a refund of the ticket price less the processing fee charged by the Ticket sales platform i.e. Trybooking. This includes State, Territory or Commonwealth government travel restrictions, COVID-19 quarantine and isolation requirements.
If the event is cancelled after commencement any refund will be determined at the absolute discretion of Equestrian Victoria.
